UniBook customer, St. Sebastian's in Milwaukee, WI, has recently published it's 100 year anniversary cookbook. Julie Kennedy successfully took on the project and even received a write up in the Journal Sentinal Online.
"When Julie Kennedy took on the task late last year of creating a commemorative cookbook for the centennial of St. Sebastian's parish in Milwaukee, people tried to warn her.
It's a lot of work. There's all that sorting through recipes. Editing. Proofing.
You want to have it done when?"
"None of that scared Kennedy, a stay-at-home mom and freelance graphic designer. Between her skills, the Internet and the growth of self-publishing, creating a church cookbook is not the tedious chore it once was."
"And now that the books are ready, the cookbook committee doesn't even have to handle sales. Books are ordered directly, printed on demand and sent to the customer from the printer. The committee did order a few books to sell outright; again, for people without Internet access."
